Synopsis

Baron Joshua is discovered exuding demonic energy, prompting the arrival of the Hubaltian Clergy who accuse him of being a demon. A Saintess intervenes, using a holy artifact and also secretly helping him avoid danger and making a deal with Joshua for an unspecified purpose. A flashback reveals how a former master knight was betrayed and made into a death knight, where Joshua takes control, promising to support his reasoning for becoming one. Meanwhile, Hubaltian forces confront the Avalon mercenaries and are prepared for battle outside of Castle Reb.
