Synopsis

The chapter opens with a humorous scene of a persistent woman trying to win over the main character, who repeatedly states his disinterest in marriage. Later, the Tang Clan leadership is shown debating the merits of allying with the Mount Hua Sect, which eventually leads to a wager wherein a Tang Clan member must defeat Chung Myung to win the right to select the next young patriarch. Meanwhile, the Mount Hua Sect members who are traveling also encounter trouble in finding merchants going to Yunnan, leading to a request of a favor from a friend.
