Synopsis

Kim Gyeongsoo, despite being fired, returns to the police station with evidence of a corrupt monk known as 'Buddha', who is supposedly leading an assassination organization. His investigation was previously halted by his superiors, who are now being targeted by a mysterious 'specter' seeking vengeance for a broken promise. The specter reveals a past deal with Gyeongsoo involving putting 'Buddha' in jail within three years, which Gyeongsoo failed to do. Gyeongsoo claims he needs to get promoted to get information on 'Buddha'.
