Synopsis

The chapter opens with a training session that seems torturous to some members. It then pivots to reveal that Bi Gwang, previously believed dead, is alive and working undercover. He interrogates a subordinate about the drug operations of Phoenix, a woman he's familiar with, and the details of a new, stronger drug they're developing. Bi Gwang then pushes for the drug's distribution and production to be expedited, revealing himself as a powerful leader, not a subordinate.
