Synopsis

Ian, sensing danger in the capital, makes arrangements for his mother and servants to seek refuge with Lord Moglians in the north. He entrusts his subordinate, Redio, with a letter and asks him not to reveal his mother's location. Ian decides to stay behind, claiming he can protect himself due to being a magician and erases his memories of where he sent them. Meanwhile, Prince Hayden, weak and unable to act, faces criticism and a power grab from others.
