Synopsis

The chapter opens with concerns about a prince's week-long seclusion and then transitions to a treaty discussion between three countries. The Roh Principality seeks magic users and money over soldiers and goods. The discussion then shifts to the more contentious issue of dividing newly acquired lands, and the Coldwood Crown Prince points out the potential for conflict due to the uneven distribution of resources. Ultimately, a proposal for peaceful resource sharing is brought up.
