Synopsis

Ian Phage, the hero of the North, is brought before the Emperor, who acknowledges his accomplishments and gifts him a mansion and a seal granting access to most areas of the palace. Ian reveals his desire to explore, specifically wanting to see the old Ivory Garden. He reflects on the Emperor's suspicious nature, similar to Ragnar, and uses the opportunity to begin his exploration, all while acting like a child. He is guided by a servant towards the garden, intending to sneak off to another location.
