Synopsis

Following their escape from the Watling Forest, the main characters find a place to rest and prepare food. They reminisce about a previous encounter where the main character recognized the other's disguise, showing their deeper connection. However, the chapter concludes with the villain revealing his sinister plan: to use the main characters as sacrifices to neutralize the Heaven and Earth Spirit's poison, with particular interest in the Lightning Sword's granddaughter.
