Synopsis

The Heavenly Dragon Escort Agency, led by a new chief, arrives at a conflict between the Great Turtle and Scaled Dragon Strongholds. They offer to help cross the river for a hefty fee, siding with the Scaled Dragon Stronghold. This move enrages the Great Turtle Stronghold, leading to a tense confrontation and threats of war. It is later revealed that the escort chief's actions were orchestrated by his brother as a test of his abilities, and the escort chief's true loyalty is to the agency itself.
