Synopsis

The chapter begins with the aftermath of a battle, as characters discuss the protagonist's health and seek answers about recent events including a kidnapping. The protagonist's connection to a fragment of the Holy Grail is explored, and it is revealed he may be uniquely compatible with it, more so than his previous mentor. An advisor from the Mist Flower Guild offers a dangerous solution for the injured master and the protagonist is urged to conceal his power, but his history is questioned. Lastly, the group is teleported to a reward room, where old grudges are momentarily set aside as the protagonist plans for the future, having gained allies and owing few favors.
