Synopsis

The chapter opens with a production note, then transitions to a tense scene where characters debate killing an unconscious man, named Talis, deemed too dangerous. One character, Lou, argues against this and reveals a strong bond with the master, suggesting that a void will harm the master if Lou isn't present. Lou decides to erase the day's memory from everyone to protect the master from the void that might follow and also the perceived threat of the unconscious individual. The chapter ends with a reveal that Yoobin's advisor, along with Michael, was responsible for saving the master.
