Synopsis

The emperor discovers that one of his trusted subordinates has been hiding a curse they took upon themselves from him, which leads to a tense but ultimately forgiving exchange. Meanwhile, Mirdin discovers through research and experimentation that the feather of a crow has a positive effect on their curse. They speculate on the connection between crows, divine nature, and Krobhan Rocks, hoping to further their understanding of the curse and seek possible cures. The chapter ends with a decision to further investigate the crows, and they plan to involve the emperor, who also had used Krobhan Rock.
