Synopsis

Reinelle, having transformed into a crow, is pressured to provide her feathers to Namiel for his research. Characters discuss the importance of these feathers, and how crucial they might be to prevent a cataclysmic event that would occur if Namiel's research fails or the Kroban Rock is mishandled. Amidst all of this, Reinelle has a moment of introspection, contemplating her own future, and her relationships with her friends, and a looming doom seems to be affecting everyone. Others are also watching the Duke, but he seems to be behaving normally.
