Synopsis

The chapter depicts a confrontation where the protagonist surprisingly survives a devastating attack from a seemingly invincible foe, who refers to him as a 'worm'. Despite being outmatched, the protagonist manages to stand up, earning a grudging acknowledgment from the antagonist. Fueled by rage, he vows to avenge his friends, Philogas and Bross, and promises to return the damage inflicted by the enemy multifold.
