The protagonists continue their journey towards the Beastmen nest, battling increasingly powerful giant monsters. They note their leveling speed is slowing down. Upon reaching the nest entrance, they find it strangely deserted of Beastmen. Instead, they discover three tunnels and agree to split up, each taking a different path while using a teleportation spell in case of danger. One of the characters, upon entering their respective tunnel, is confronted by a group of scavenger ghouls.
The group approaches the Beastmen nest, facing stronger monsters, and decides to split up to explore different tunnels, encountering unusual scavenger ghouls. They also make note that leveling up is starting to slow down.
