Synopsis

Devourer engages in a prolonged fight with an ancient monster, showcasing immense power that terrifies and impresses onlookers. The onlookers discuss how the fight's aftermath will create a significant amount of work, particularly for Rosalina. Despite the main character's destructive capabilities, it appears he deliberately prolongs the battle, raising questions about his true intentions and creating more cleanup for his allies. The chapter also introduces Melje, who helped deal with undead forces before Devourer, and it highlights how much work he causes.
