Synopsis

The chapter begins with the Masked Monarch meeting his former allies, the Masked Soldiers, who have been preparing for his return. They express their loyalty and readiness to follow his orders. The Monarch then begins to solidify his plans, moving headquarters and also purchasing a ring that may be connected to his past. The Monarch decides his first action will be to tackle an undead outbreak, with the intention of making a large public display to establish his group, Masked Soldier.
