Synopsis

The chapter opens with a discussion of a rookie musician, Lucifer, whose rapid rise is attributed to charm magic and manipulated stats. It then shifts to the protagonist, who is planning a vacation spot for orphans. He also learns about a catalog restriction in the Infinity Tower but has overcome it and refuses to cooperate with a government official trying to take control of the tower, asserting it should remain a place of individual opportunity. He even offers a unique contract of silence to keep his best items secret.
