Synopsis

The chapter opens with discussions of the protagonist's reputation and the fading influence of the Qingcheng Sect. Upon arrival, the protagonist senses the Tang Clan's hidden bloodlust and reveals their deceitful nature, which is confirmed by a member of his own party. He further identifies an unknown observer due to an orchid scent, forcing the Tang Clan leaders out of hiding. The leader of the Emei Sect then appears, revealing the alliance between the Tang and Emei sects.
