Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist being goaded and restrained from violence by a guest, with the protagonist stating that they intend to make things "uninteresting" from now on before being called away by Hades. Subsequently, he is prepared for a marriage he does not desire, and has a tense meeting with a character who seems to be aware of his true nature. The chapter ends with the protagonist deciding to play along for now, as a greater prey is mentioned and an unseen character prepares to intervene
