Synopsis

The chapter depicts a battle where the protagonist faces a powerful enemy who belittles the weak. The enemy reveals he knows about poison and believes himself invulnerable, but the protagonist reveals he anticipated this and poisoned the enemy's sword through a subtle trick. The protagonist refuses an offer to join the Venom Sect and instead declares his vow for revenge against them and expresses grief for the deaths he witnessed.
