Synopsis

The chapter opens with a challenge to a fight or game where life is at stake. Then, the narrative shifts to a character expressing her gratitude for support while also revealing that she is pregnant. To protect her unborn child, she plans to leave and hide, knowing her pregnancy will prevent her enemies from harming her, while urging her partner to survive and return. The chapter concludes with a character using human bones as go pieces and challenging a new arrival to a game.
