Synopsis

Following the tower's collapse, the Platinum Monarch swiftly establishes martial law, silences dissent, and mobilizes the city's resources towards clearing the tower. She implements a circuit transplant and hunter system, solidifying her control and shifting the people's fear toward the tower rather than her regime. Characters discuss the possibility of her intentionally wanting to be challenged, and the nature of rebellion against divine beings are debated with a focus on whether it's feasible or not. Finally, a plan is discussed to use truth detection skills to assist Baek Ho-min.
