Synopsis

A sudden, unprecedented structural degeneration of the Tower leads to a city-wide crisis. The Lord, taking advantage of the chaos and a lack of unified goal, declares martial law, consolidating power and purging those who disagree. The Ateliers (powerful factions) are forced to agree to focus all resources on climbing the tower. Meanwhile, Hunter Kang Hajin is given a secret order to eliminate remaining dissenters once the Lord signals him.
