Synopsis

The chapter begins with servants accusing a noble, Jinseong, of severe abuse. The prince, while acknowledging the accusations, decides to summon Jinseong after a festival, wanting to hear his side before punishing him. The prince also learns about the events surrounding his mother's forced divorce and subsequent poisoning by his father, the former king, with the involvement of ministers. This reinforces the prince's desire for justice and his desire to utilize the law against those who wronged him and his mother.
