Synopsis

The chapter focuses on the ongoing attempts to assassinate the young cult leader, Ma Chunso, orchestrated by the General Strategist. However, instead of killing him, the assassin is given information about the real motives, hinting at a complex plan. Meanwhile, a new character, revealed to be the father of the young girl from previous chapters, intervenes to defend her and in turn recognizes a hidden talent within her attacker, offering him tutelage.
