Synopsis

A dying Moyong Hwi is brought to the Poison Palace, where the protagonist, a skilled but erratic physician, initially tries to revive him by turning him into a live Jiangshi using demonic energy. This process, however, fails, and instead, Hwi's body starts exuding a strange cold energy and ignites with demonic black flames. It's revealed that the protagonist unexpectedly mastered the Heavenly Demon Divine Arts during his isolated training, causing the unforeseen outcome. Despite not becoming a Jiangshi, Hwi is somehow saved, albeit in an unstable and mysterious state.
