Synopsis

The Heavenly Palace is revealed to be experimenting with Jiangshi and corpse-eating ghosts, using a pregnant Jiangshi as a key element in their twisted process. They manipulate and sacrifice people, pushing them to the brink. Meanwhile, a group of warriors, recognizing the evil of the Heavenly Palace, receives instructions to disrupt their plan, even if it means sacrificing their own lives. The chapter concludes with a disturbing explanation of the origins and nature of corpse-eating ghosts and the rare occurrence of a pregnant one.
