Synopsis

The chapter opens with a description of a dungeon from a book by an adventurer, but the protagonist finds it to be full of horribly mutated creatures, not the described evolution. He navigates through the dungeon using an ability inherited from a deceased companion, reflecting on their past relationship. They eventually encounter a gigantic, stitched-together wyvern-like creature, which causes intense disgust in the protagonist due to its composite nature, mirroring his own abilities. The protagonist then declares his intention to fight it as a way to vent his anger.
