Synopsis

The protagonist, reincarnated as a slime, explores his newfound abilities, using 'Devour' to consume a poisonous snake and gain paralyzing venom, though losing some soul in the process. He experiments with a troll's regeneration and discovers that his Earthly origins make him immune to the skills of creatures in this world, while still being able to inflict damage. This leads him to the conclusion that he has the potential to become the apex predator, and he sets a goal to consume ever more powerful creatures. He further details how skills work against other creatures and their impact on his own physical being.
