Synopsis

The chapter introduces Lichmond, an incredibly powerful undead general known as 'Envy', who served multiple Demon Kings and even fought the Hero. Lichmond explains how he overcame his weakness to light magic by becoming a devout follower of the Goddess. He and his undead army are now immune to holy magic, baffling the opposing forces. Lichmond's unexpected piety and mastery of holy magic are a significant twist, completely subverting the conventional understanding of undead.
