Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist encountering Jiang Yang, who claims to be a former childhood friend, and whose presence triggers a reaction in the protagonist's disciple. This is followed by the protagonist receiving information about a hidden treasure, the Azure Lotus, and quickly deduces it is a trap. However, he decides to exploit the trap by infiltrating and absorbing a sealed power within Jiang Yang's family's territory, revealing his demonic nature in the process.
