Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist experimenting with their kin skill, learning to control more mosquitos which can return with poison resistance. Meanwhile, other characters find a seemingly safe place to hide from the Gast, however, their blood is being drained faster than anticipated. The hideout is soon discovered and invaded by enemies that prove to be intelligent, suggesting they are not mindless monsters like the Gast.
