Synopsis

The chapter opens with the introduction of a new hero figure, the "Hero of Iron Arm", who claims to be rescuing people from a corrupt government that intended to kill them all. However, it's later revealed this hero is part of a staged play by the Reconstruction Government to test the protagonist, who seeks vengeance on all heroes. The government uses this orchestrated scenario to prove the protagonist's intentions and ultimately decides to trust and support him, revealing a massive underground city and requesting he fight to protect its people.
