Synopsis

The chapter opens with the captured hero assessing his escape options and expressing annoyance at his situation. Meanwhile, a girl associated with the hero of revolt is interrogated by the reconstruction government about him. She explains his motivations are driven by revenge against the 'Hero of Sword' due to a perceived abandonment and the collapse of their world. The government is wary of the Hero of Revolt, despite his potential utility as they fear he could be too dangerous.
