Synopsis

The chapter begins with a discussion about a young mercenary and a request for Lord Alea to sleep for regeneration. The group then stops at a spring for refreshment, where a discrepancy in food portions hints at inequality. As everyone falls asleep due to a sleeping potion, it is revealed that the 'rest stop' was a trap. The young mercenary is then confronted, his identity and past involvement with the Black Hawk Minions revealed.
