Synopsis

Helmut, despite being frustrated with his temporary demotion, passes a hidden test and is officially inducted into a mercenary corps. The corps is then tasked with a large-scale escort mission alongside a rival mercenary group known for their poor relationship with Helmut's group. The chapter highlights the tension between the groups as the mission begins, with some conflict already visible, and hints at a potentially dangerous and difficult task ahead.
