Synopsis

Halli, after an intense confrontation where he's revealed to be a singularity, manages to escape. He then starts training with a new master who teaches him about material shift. Meanwhile, Halli's previous captors discuss the implications of his escape and their captured subordinate Knight, concerned about the information he might reveal under interrogation. The chapter also explores the dynamic between Halli and his new master, showing a more peaceful, even grandfatherly, side of the master despite his power.
