Synopsis

The protagonist realizes assassins are targeting his tent and that conventional methods of alerting others are too slow. He repeatedly experiences failure and death due to the assassins' speed and invisibility, unable to avoid their poison needles. Recognizing his limitations, he decides to change his strategy by adopting the cunning and underhanded fighting style of 'Jaxon', hoping to gain an edge. The chapter ends with an exchange between characters, further highlighting suspicions surrounding Krang's origins and behavior.
