Synopsis

The chapter starts with a discussion of a human client requesting proof of the protagonist's visit to the seventh floor, and then the chapter shifts to the protagonist's activities within his labyrinth as they refine the Blood Leopard's Heart. The refined heart grants him new abilities related to camouflage. Later he finally heads out to the seventh floor, finding a large number of human corpses but no signs of predation or theft, suggesting that a powerful single entity is responsible.
