Synopsis

Three major pirates, Red Skull, Dark King, and Toleo, converge due to the new governor's strict anti-pirate policies. They've all been affected, with Toleo facing an income shortage and the others experiencing similar setbacks. They contemplate joining forces to increase their power, but the question of who will lead the new pirate alliance sparks conflict and hints at a forthcoming power struggle.
