Synopsis

The chapter starts with the mage, Van, meeting with a company representative, Fanoa, and learning about their origins in tool manufacturing before moving into weapons. Van is then confronted by a rude individual who claims ownership of a laser cutter, revealing Van illegally modified it. After an explosive argument, the individual, a member of the company's assistance team, is assigned to work with Van, however, his abrasive behavior leads to a heated interaction where Van assertively demands respect.
