Synopsis

The chapter begins with the aftermath of a battle where the protagonist analyzes a defeated werewolf, concluding he is a mixed-blood and pondering the strength of purebloods. The protagonist reflects on assisting their allies, and considers using a magic staff. They then unveil a shadow magic skill that was planned during the battle, exploiting the enemy's assumption of their lightning magic. Finally, they interrogate the last gang member before deciding on whether or not to kill him, weighing the risks of letting him live.
