Synopsis

The chapter begins with villagers mistaking a disease outbreak for the dreaded 'Grim Reaper of Death', causing panic and plans for extreme measures. Raymond, revealed to be a healer, identifies it as chickenpox, calming the villagers and successfully treating them. Subsequently, facing skepticism from authorities on the efficacy of his diagnosis, Raymond creates a makeshift protective suit using his knowledge of disease transmission and purchases shield magic to protect himself while he examines the sick.
