Synopsis

Eclis is harassed by lower-ranking knights who insult his master, the fake duchess, while she is away. Eclis, despite his anger, tries to adhere to his mission and not fight back until the protagonist arrives and confronts the knights. She then uses the situation to give Eclis a chance to vent his anger while also solidifying her role and their relationship, demonstrating his loyalty to her and her growing power. The protagonist's reputation with the other knights decreases, but she doesn't care because they are not romantic interests.
