Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist narrowly avoiding being recognized by Derrick, a key figure, by pretending to be an NPC. She successfully deceives him and continues with her mission, reaching the prison. There, she finds Eclis, who is imprisoned due to his own machinations, but claims it's all part of a plan to stay near her. He reveals he framed her in order to be granted freedom, as an act of loyalty, to remain by her side, infuriating the protagonist.
