Synopsis

Penelope's chapter opens with her bewildered at her interrupted coming of age ceremony. She defends Eclis, her knight, who is being accused of bringing the real princess to the estate and imprisoned. A former slave reveals he brought the real princess, exposing Penelope’s fake princess status, causing her to realize the depth of her lies and manipulations. The chapter ends with Penelope being scolded by a family member, highlighting her perceived immaturity and setting up a direct confrontation with the real princess.
