Synopsis

The chapter begins with a tense battle where a seemingly young demon showcases extraordinary power, defeating the Righteous Heavenly Alliance elder, Jung Ilryong, using the legendary techniques of the deceased assassin, Chun Hajin. The demon reveals that Jung Ilryong's fighting skills have become rusty, and that his sword style is weak against heavy blades. Simultaneously, another group is shown safely transporting crucial goods, where one of the guardians gives up a precious life-saving pill to another, expressing guilt over his inability to protect those he serves.
