Synopsis

The chapter begins with a character expressing deep gratitude and loyalty, even going so far as to ask if he can call his leader 'Father.' This leads into the leader discussing future conquests of South Korea and China. A flashback sequence explains how hunters rose to power after monster subjugation, leading to some nations being conquered by their own hunters, and finally we learn Japan is now led by an aggressive SSS-Rank hunter who aims for further control.
