Synopsis

Urich, having received a mysterious "Porridge of Life", goes in search of Juniva, while also learning of the kidnapping of newborns and the instability caused by the death of the mercenaries' leader. The mercenaries, facing a power vacuum, hold a leadership election with Donovan and Bachman as the main contenders. The chapter ends with a tense standoff and voting process that sets up a new leader being chosen.
